Martha McGinn Training & Consultancy is an accredited FETAC/QQI registered provider which specialises in the design and delivery of high quality evidence-based training to services who provide support to people with intellectual, mental and / or multiple and profound disabilities using cost effective, dynamic and modern approaches to learning. These major and minor awards are specialised, innovative and specific to the needs of people with Intellectual Disabilities, unlike any other FETAC/QQI programmes to date, and have being developed for modern disability services.
These programmes are guided by the values, principles and rights set out in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006) and social models of disability. They provide learners with a skill set to support people in Person Centred ways and facilitate their inclusion in society.

We are one of only seven colleges in Ireland to have The Irish Course Providers Association (ICPA) Bond scheme which protects student fees for all major FETAC awards. This bond has been fully approved by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). This is the first scheme of its type in the world to have been developed by private training providers and marks a significant milestone in the Irish further and higher education sectors.
